Rocket Pocket LLC is a Texas limited liability company operating rocket-pocket.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. If you have any questions, email us at support@rocket-pocket.com.

We only collect information that is necessary to process and fulfil your pre-order.

• Name and email address — used to send you order confirmations, charge notifications, and shipping updates. We do not use your email for marketing without your explicit consent.
• Shipping address — used solely to deliver your order. We share this with our shipping carrier when your order is dispatched.
• Payment details — collected and stored securely by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number. We receive only a token that allows us to charge your card when your order ships, and a fingerprint used to detect duplicate orders.
• Order data — your order details (items, quantities, status, timestamps) are stored in our database to manage your pre-order through to fulfilment.

• We do not run advertising trackers or sell your data to third parties.
• We do not use cookies for tracking or profiling.
• We do not collect data beyond what is needed to process your order.

We use a small number of trusted services to operate the Site. Each handles data only as needed to perform their function:

• Stripe — payment processing and card storage. Your payment details are subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (order confirmations, shipping notifications). Your email address is shared with Resend for this purpose only.
• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure. Vercel may collect standard server logs (IP addresses, request metadata) as part of normal hosting operations. We also use Vercel Analytics, which collects anonymous, aggregate page-view data with no personally identifiable information.
• Shipping carriers — your name and shipping address are shared with the carrier (e.g. USPS, UPS, FedEx) when your order is dispatched.

We retain your order data for as long as necessary to fulfil your order and handle any returns or disputes — typically up to 2 years after your order is completed. If you cancel your pre-order, your saved payment method is deleted from Stripe immediately. You can request deletion of your remaining order data at any time by emailing us.

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Ask us to delete your data (subject to any legal or contractual obligations).
• Withdraw consent to email communications at any time by emailing us.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@rocket-pocket.com. We will respond within 10 business days.

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information. Payment data is never stored on our servers — it is handled entirely by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant. Order data is stored in an encrypted, access-controlled database hosted on Vercel infrastructure.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify existing customers by email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
