Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of rocket-pocket.com ("the Site") and any purchases made through it. The Site is operated by Rocket Pocket LLC ("we," "us," "our"), a Texas limited liability company.

By placing a pre-order or using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.

Rocket Pocket products are currently available for pre-order only. When you place a pre-order:

• You provide your payment details through Stripe, our payment processor.
• No charge is made at the time of pre-order. Your card details are securely saved by Stripe.
• You will be charged the full order amount only when your order is ready to ship.
• You will receive an email confirmation when your pre-order is placed and a separate notification before your card is charged.
• Estimated shipping timelines are provided on the Site at the time of order. These are estimates and may change. We will notify you of any significant delays.

All prices are listed in US dollars and include the boxer brief, one scale model rocket, and presentation packaging. Shipping costs, if any, are displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but any price change will not affect pre-orders already placed.

We make every effort to display product colours, materials, and features accurately on the Site. However, as our product images are digital representations, actual colours and details may vary slightly from what you see on screen. The scale model rockets are collectible items and not intended as toys for children under 14.

You may cancel your pre-order at any time before your card is charged (i.e., before we ship your order). To cancel, visit rocket-pocket.com/order/status or email us at support@rocket-pocket.com with your order confirmation details. Cancellations are processed within 2 business days.

Since no charge is made at the time of pre-order, there is nothing to refund upon cancellation — your saved payment details are simply deleted.

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be offered in the future. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and in your confirmation email. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, product designs, and the "Rocket Pocket" name — is owned by Rocket Pocket LLC or used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Site without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rocket Pocket LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

We collect your name, email address, shipping address, and payment details solely for the purpose of processing your order. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We will send you order-related emails (confirmation, shipping updates, charge notifications). We will not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as necessary to fulfil your order (e.g., shipping carriers). For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes that affect existing pre-orders, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
